How to live a long life….

This episode was inspired by a Radio Lab podcast episode called “The Secret to Long Life” Alvina loved it so much and shared it with Grace. “We have the luxury to entertain and answer this question.”

The Radio Lab is not necessarily how to live a long life but how to feel like you’re living a long life. What are the ways to keep your life more novel? Human connection, being more mindful, and snapping out of routine are things that can help you feel like you’re living a longer life.

The book friends talk about some of the habits that will help you live a longer life from this CNN article from July 2023.

The book friends discuss this article in Mary Sue: Scholastic Under Fire for Allowing Schools to Opt Out of ‘Diverse Books’ for Book Fairs.

Gratefuls

Grace is grateful for the beautiful fall weather! Her novel was sent to Alvina so she could truly listen and focus on on her family and other things. She’s headed to the Rhode Island Book Fest and will be seeing her friends Shannon Hale. Alvina is grateful for smart and informed people who educate her on things and that she can be listening and empathetic.
